African Bank- false promises

I Applied for a personal loan with African Bank, Gardener street on the 5th of July 2013, with whom i dealt with a consultant by the name of Evashan Govender. i was told that i qualify for the amount of R6500 which i agreed to take for my wedding in the 1st week of August 2013. He told me that the funds will be dispursed to me by 9th July 2013, which never happened. i contacted Evashan everyday since then and was not giving a answer as to when the money will be in my account. i contacted him on the 17th July and was told that my loan application has expired and that i must come down to the branch and re-apply, which i did do on the 18th of july 2013. My loan amount reduced to R1500. i informed him that this was not the amount i applied for and it was not my fault that the bank took 2weeks to process everything. he could not give me any valid answers and could not help me. I get married in less than a month and i desperately need those funds for my dress and other requirements. Your help would be greatly appreciated. Thanks Megan
