I have had a call on the 12 July from Adrian Otto, selling me the Auto Care Platinum plan. He said that I can repair every month my cars ship markes and small dents ext, with no money limits. Now it sounded hard to believe and after reading some of this complaints here on this site, I think my gut feeling is true. So I would like to know if your sale person was blowing smoke in my eyes and what is the exact limits that one can claim for? Also after all this he said you will repair existing scratches chip mark's etc, but only after 2 month's dep has gone through. I would like to have clarification on this before I exercise my right to cancel this policy.
