6 months gone and sill waiting for policy document

I was called by a Chartis consultant regarding a life policy i took out an insurance out in February 2013
i was told that the first premium would be deducted from my bank account the end of March but was supprised that the premium actually went off at the end of February.but be that as it may the premium is being deducted every month without fail but 6 months down the line im still waiting for my policy documents and after numerous attempts to get hold of them i cant seem to get somebody to assist me.
