Dont deduct my account on the wrong date

Ned bank deducted my account on the 21 of June and 28 March for a personal loan when our agreement is the last day of the month. Now I cant open a business account as I want to start my business with a cheque account. I also look after my credit record very well to build a great financial future and Ned Bank is taking that away from me. I cant apply for loans and this is not on. I am going to sue them as I could be making money and now they holding me back and they should pay for the days my business is not running. I am not in arrears but it shows on my credit record that I am 2 months in arrears and I want it sorted out immediately
