Claim submitted for selling of shares

I received communication that there was an entitlement due to me via post dated December 2007. I contactes the offices and they sent me forms and advised me to send them back with my share certificate. I did that and have been following up ever since. I have spoken to a Lerato on the 13.12.12 regarding this and nothing was done. I also spoke to Gontse but still have not received feedback. I want them to give me my money or give my share certificate back as I beleive they cannot have both of the. Reference no on the letter sent is 1933953 and my id no is 4910220690081
