WHAT A JOKE THIS BANK IS!!!

Seriously, you guys are a joke, complaint after complaint. We contacted you guys in february 2012 for a payment arrangement but no one could FIND the account and therefore coudnt help us. we emailed again and yet again no damned response. In april you guys say please contact this number... They coudnlt help us. We went into wynbergs branch in cape town and not even the manager could help us. We emailed this query to many people in your head office and guess what they say "we dont deal with this, we will send it to another department" of which came back as they dont work it either. July 2012 you create a default for an account that nobody could find and respond to us, WOW talk about simpler smarter better no way in do any of the people that i have spoken to have go by this Not even a flying F>>> close to that. I have all teh proof of emails sent to you guys and will be going to make a nice complaint at NCR for unlawful behaviour if i dont get a descent, clever person that understands there job to contact me within 24 hours. I am sick of your incompetence. Just some names that couldnt help... Carmelle Barnes, [Email Removed] Bernadine Wilson and Kganyelo!!!
