I have no words for this bank anymore. It is pathetic when for each and every problem I must come here in order to get a response from them. I phoned several times. Eventually listed my complaint here. P. Molapo contacted me and asked me to send her the info regarding my credit card.l which I did. Because this account was handed over to Groenwald attorneys for R578. The attorneys charged me for calls and emails even wrong numbers they dialed, I contact them for settlement the amount is over R2000. I query with FNB, I'm shifted back and forth. Then out the blue these attorneys send me an updated statement because at that point I'm just, the statement FNB sends them is R36000 odd. This lady P Molapo has never given me any feedback and I have no number for her and she doesn't reply to my email and when I contact the call center, they don't even know the person. Her email is [Email Removed] I am sick of you people, you are downright abusive. All I want is to pay this stupid account and never have to deal with you people again.
