Long Outstanding Claim not sorted out

Our house had major Surge problems in May, City Power did sort this out by as Surges are not covered in my building insurance, City Power said I can claim from their insurers. I followed the correct paper route starting with Pertunia at City Power - Legal Dept. The entire claim was then handed to Jolene Elskie at March Alexander Forbes and on the 24th of June I submitted a full recon with copy tax invoices that I had paid myself for the Claim. To date (11 July) Marsh have yet to actually register this claim on their system even though Jolene has now received two copies of everything. She said it is their system that is the problem? That doesn't make sense but anyway... If only they would actually answer a call instead of going to their personal mail box. I have tried twice and left two messages for Charlotte - Jolenes manager and one for Nikki (s/board said is her manager) and still no one has contacted me back as yet? what shocking service never mind the fact that we still have got no further than the first day regarding the claim?
