In May I ordered debit & garage cards for the company I work for. On 10 May I was told the cards had been ordered & then dead silence until 10 July - we are charged for a card we never received. And still no communication about these cards. What's the point of having a bank relationship manager? We, the consumer, are charged astronomical bank charges for what exactly? POOR SERVICE?
