Pay out of the Retirement Fund

Hi my name is Lucky V shabane, i have retired from Telkom end of April 2013.I am very dissapointed at the Telkom Retirement Fund as it has not payed up my monies, instead when i am calling their call center they keep saying they having backlogs. The rest of the guys that we retired with from the same section and of which we submitted at the same time have been payed up from two weeks back already. I was promised two weeks when i phoned them two weeks ago, yet i phoned this week and they say it could be more than two weeks. It seems they i am going back and forth no one seems to know what is happening. Please assist i do not know what to do now, it very frustrating.
