Provident Fund payout

My father Moses Modise Moate worked Willards under AVI for more than 30years. He retired last year, he fell ill during his last days at Willards and, he was classified under early retirement when he retired, instead of ill-health retirement. This did not go down well with him and he lodged a complaint with Pension Fund Adjudicator. The case has been dragging on since last year, but we as his family and his represetantive are YET to get any communication regarding the progress of this case. Both the company and Pension Fund Adjudicator are not saying anything, my father has not been paid his Provident Fund money, and this is taking a toll on his health. PLEASE HELP!
