R400 Rand Back? RUBBISH!!!

On the 20th August I called into Outsurance to see if, as their ad claims, they could better my vehicle insurance (and if not, I could claim R400). In the end they could not better, or even come close to matching or bettering my current insurance. The gentleman from Outsurance said he would be sending me a link (via e-mail) that I would need to follow and up load my current insurance documents (for verification purposes) so that I could claim the promised R400.00.
I have since called back numerous times, each time speaking to someone different who claims that they will sort it out right away! THIS HAS NEVER HAPPENED!
If Outsurance is going to run these adverts over all the marketing media surely they should actually do what they are promising??!!
If this is how they treat / handle your interest in their company could you ever really know how they are going to treat you when it is time to make a claim?? I think this experience with them gives me a good idea as to the service that can be expected - NON-EXISTENT!
