Disgusting service

I find your service disgusting, pathetic and every unacceptable. One thinks their are covered with their insurance company until something real bad happens and they never there for you as they promised. I have been with Mutual and Federal for over a year and never claimed until now. they showed me that they are not reliable and you can be in the worst situation and they'll never put through for you. I had a car accident on Friday the 05/07/2013 and to-date I haven't been assisted. What frustrating is that you pay for the extra's like a car hire and they can't even provide that for you. I am the one calling everyday requesting updates and they never call me back. I have wasted time, energy and money for an insurance I pay every month. I will never deal with this company again after this. What poor service!!!
