STILL poor service... even after my first complaint

I wrote the following complaint a few days ago:
I've applied for a home loan from standard bank. The whole process started in March 2013 already. It was approved and we already signed the documents and accepted the bond in April 2013 (Although we had approved bonds from other banks as well, we decided to go with Standard bank). It's been almost 4 months now and the bank still didn't give instruction that the attorneys can go ahead with registration...

Well, luckily the registration went through yesterday but now they phone me and tell me the first payment is due en of this month already. Sine we are already in the middle of the month and because I had to wait FOREVER for the bank to sort out the stuff for registration I had to rent another place for 'n month longer than I wanted to. I just want them to moe th fisrt date of payment to end of Aug. And AGAIN no one is able to help their "valuable customers". I've just been transfered to 5 different numbers on a call centre again and been holding for about a hour!!! Is hello peter really the only way to sort out problems these days??
