Car repossesed and did report but no answer yet

On the 19 th desember they repossed my car also i did do payments every month like arranged have proof and did send it to fayrola and she said it must be given back to me but my problem is
1 already bought a new car
2 tracker is installed and i pay for something i dont own
3 car license must be renewed because it is on my name
4 they dont responed to emails
5 bad attitudes
6 no phone call in connection to emails
7 no progress from your side
8 insurance is on my name on the banks behalf and on date of repossesing

what i need is on black and white

1 debt of car must be cleared because they take car and broke their contract with me
and the reposed ways was not done properly

2 car must be of my name and i want a proof of the change

3 the insurence must be canselled because i dont own that car

4 i need to clear my name because absa was just do like they wanted

5 when can i get this problem solved because it is now a month and more
this is still not solved

i just want to know what is going on otherwise i will solved this problem in cord
and i personly will put this in newspapers and books because if i dont pay you take me to cord or reposse
