Wonga does not want to refund me my money

i had settle my account in the beginning of the month, my reference no was my ID no wonga still takes
money again at the end of this month i am tired of phoning them, i spend R300 IN CALLS to them, i was sent my prove of payment with all the details of my details and wonga details with my id no as a reference scott wood 7301085192081 im tired, they said i must go back to my back and ask them into which acc.the money was deposited they said the prove of payment has the details i dont know what to do please help
