Account Handed Ove

I had borrowed money from Wonga on the 05 March 2013, at month end they debited my account and Wonga confirmed via sms that they had received the payment. Today I received a sms telling me that Wonga had handed me over for R125.00. Why would they do that without phoning me as the money was paid via debit order. I can't be listed for nothing, when I know the payment went through. Absolutely disgusting service.
