Constan Harassment

I receive constant sms notification from NuDebt regarding a TV License that does not exist. My attempts to explain the issue to them have resulted in no change. I have even been to SABC to try and explain - to no avail. This is extreme harassment and not acceptable. I even had a consultant phone me at 9pm in the evening, when i pointed out the time his repsonse was that he only starts working at 3pm! why is this my problem...? The only result of my contact with them is that th frequency of the sms's has increased.
