"we are experiencing a high number of calls" the recording that plays
you wait between 8 and 10mins for calls to be answered (so you can imagine how I am)
then when they answer the guys are unfriendly & some seem unsure of their job.
I put a claim in yesterday before 12, I called in today to find out what is going on.
The claim was authorized at 3pm yesterday. No one called or sent confirmation.
Today none of the agents can give me the authorization number (they are not able too and apparently they need to send it to clearance, again??)
I ask for the managers numbers none of them know it - lucky they know their managers names.
I finally get a manager online and he gives me the authorization number immediately.
I have a small workshop and I deal with all warranties and fleet companies. Wesbank is by far the worst.
