Continued requests for payment

In March my contract was ended without warning. It was then agreed that my phone would be prepaid. Since then I had to pay R60.00 (end April) and R348.00 (end May) with no explanation as to what is was for! I only paid to stop the continued harassment from your call centre. Today I received another call demanding R660.00 payment. I do not receive a statement which I have requested from Mobile U on a few occasions and will no longer just pay money for nothing! I fail to see how a prepaid phone runs up an account every month!
I have one phone still on contract 071 6782347 or not, I don't know but as at end June the sum of R159.00 is still being debited from my account! I am now told I am in arrears with both accounts! Ref no. ZAR000028668 and ZAR000036555. I want this sorted out immediately, I will entertain no further calls from your call centre. I want everything in writing - I do not believe anything your employees tell me! I await your comments, Vivienne Briscoe
