Standerd bank took my money and dont whant to give

Hey there. I went to the atm in grean acers to withdraw my money the mashien swalowd my card and gave me the slip back i took that and phoned immediately the bank they sead i must go into a branch all the branches was closed by that time so i went the Monday and they sead they will do a atm balance that will take 3 to 4 working days i waited they never got back to me so i went in again then they told me no it balanced out got me a new card ok i askt them please go check again it cant check out they sead ok another 4 to 5 working days so i waited then they did not get back to me so i went in again then they sead no theirs nothing they can do for me i must go to the newton park branch so i went there and spoke to the manager there cald Peter he was very helpful so we thought he sead no problem get to the bottom of this we left never heard from him again we phoned he sead no they are bizzy with the stuff he will get back to us asap we phoned numinous times and could not get hold of him and when we finally did he forgot who we were me and my fiance was dumbstruck he was suppose o follow up for us we stand now almost on 2 months and still did not get our money back yet.
