Insurance not processing claim with fiduciary

We logged a follow up claim on an old one where the house was stripped of all electrical connections and the fixes effected had started breaking until ultimately they cause the main switch to trip. We elected to use a service provider we trust whom we called to come and do a thorough inspection and give a report of the faults they found and what needs to be done to fix them. Our home is currently not a safe environment because of these electric issues and the insurance person responsible is not even contactable. I called twice today, first time I was hung up on and second time I was kept on hole for over 8 minutes so I hung up. I have provided them with all the relevant information I have at my disposal and made my house available to their process. The appointed people who came to our home after hours and we could not even be sure if they were legitimate or criminal. We believe in the integrity and level of service of the service provider whom we nominated to the bank and they have not responded to this request that we are unable to move forward with the service provider of choice. The people they sent expect us to tell them what to do, how can we be expected to trust them to know?
