FNB ZEVENWACHT MALL - WORST SERVICE EVER!!

I've been living in Kuilsriver for about 3 years now and do my banking at FNB in Zevenwacht Mall. Everytime I'm there there is only 2 or 3 consultants, no matter how long the queues are, when there are places for 8 or so consultants. They closed the FNB behind McDonalds, so this is the only one in the area. Every time the people complain and complain and I don't know if this matter has been made known to FNB.
This is a very popular branch and the service is DEFINITELY NOT UP TO STANDARD...
