Western Union Transfer cancellation

On the 10th of June I made a Western Union transfer to a beneficary in China using my ABSA internet banking. The beneficary notified me the same day that he can't collect the money as the beneficary details where incorrect (Name and Surname switched)

10-06-2013 :Called the ABSA Internet banking call center, was told I can't amend the benefiary details I will have to cancel the transaction. Only option on the online banking site was to delete the beneciary (I was told that this will cancel the transaction and I will be refunded within 10 days.)

27-06-2013: No refund as yet, called the ABSA Internet banking call center was told I should email [Email Removed] and the refund will be in my account in 3 days. (REF : 5E93A0C8)

04-07-2013: No refund as yet,

I need the transaction to reversed ASAP. I've got a supplier that needs to be paid.
