I've had a bad experience with an online company where I bought hardware from. Now FNB can't assist me in getting my money back. What happened to client service and going the extra mile? I've made a cause of against the company and was told that if I have a case number that the online FNB would be able to assist me, but so far that are of no help at all! I've filled in Reversal Request Form to try and get my money back. This morning I received and email stating that my request was denied due to the fact that I gave a reason of the account being. Yesterday 06/07/2013 when I was in the East Gate shopping mall's FNB Branch they said that there is no reason to believe that the company's account I paid money into, is suspected of being a. I'm desseperate for help from my bank, but they just lift up there shoulders and can't assist me. This is very poor service from a company that I thought would do any thing for their clients. I've my problem is not resolved or attended to, I'll be moving to another bank that can assist in real live situations like this one.
