FNB fails again at customer service and delivery

I sent in a complaint a few weeks back and my issue has still not been resolved. FNB is really wasting my time now. Swapped banking from ABSA to FNB as per advertisement and special regarding changing accounts and recieve a samsung galaxy s4. I applied for it, and they said that yes I qualified for the special. So I changed from Absa to FNB. This was done on the 26th of May. We were told we can only receive our Smartphone once a debit order went off. FNB failed to get my salary transfered into my new account and all my debit orders bounced. I am still waiting for the phone to be delivered and am getting the run around and excuses without anyone getting back to me. This has been a big inconvenience and constant calling around for something that they should be doing as part of customer service. I dont know if its a big or what the actual problem is but have been waiting for over a month now and getting no closer to being resolved. I want this sorted out immediately and Tablet delivered this week otherwise I will cancel everything and go back to any other bank, Because at the moment every other bank is better than FNB...
