HOMELOAN APPLICATION PATHETIC SERVICE

I applied for a homeloan in may from FNB, its now July and I'm still waiting. The consultant assigned to this Mpho Mazibuko has been of very little help and clearly (reference number: 101189) does take her job seriously, this application has been sitting with the bank ever since and no one bothered to call me to explain the delay this entire time or to give me an update, having called the call centre numerous times at my expense I was only told they were not able to extract the statement from absa via the doc exchange, anyone with common sense would have either informed me of the delay or requested that I supply a bank statement, I have logged a complaint via the call cente and I'm still waiting, a lot of the consultants I have spoken with via the CCC promised to have the matter escalated but nothing was done and I had to phone in for the hundredth time today, it is an absolute disgrace that FNB treats its so called platinum customers in this manner, to have wait for an application almost a month and a half is ridiculous, FNB you should be ashamed of yourselves, so much for being a so called innovative bank, I am livid
