I've had a bad experience with an online retailer concerning an order that I paid for but never received. I was never notified of my order update nor could I contact them on their landline.

I approached my bank and the SAPD for assistance as I assumed that this site was a, as I saw a lot of complaints regarding this website. Long story short, my bank couldn't assist me and the SAPD is still investigating this website. I felt robbed of my money and no one could assist me.

After further research, I found where the company hosted their website. I contacted Serve-Hosting's support, explained my whole story and was told that an agent would assist me. After just 20min, a person by the name of Luan contacted me, explained to me that steps will be taken on their behalf to assist me with my query. After just 1day. I got a full refund from the online company where I made the purchase. Luan went out his way to assist me in more ways that even my own bank could not have done.

I would highly recommend this company to anyone wanting to do business with them, because if they can do this much effort for someone who is not even a client, just think how they treat their own clients!!
