I just bought a new car. So Dial direct was recommended to me. They took down all my info. Before I accepted I wanted some time to decide. The day I said Kaelyne should call me back he did. And even though I missed his call a few times because my phone was on silence in my bag. He still kept trying to call me back to try reach me. They even dropped my quote from the first quotation.
