Nedbank - Can't wait to leave

Wrote about this situation before and it's going from bad to worse.
Had months of struggling to get a small bond. Eventually got it but due to international travels, informed them to have all paperwork ready for me to sign before the 8th May. 1.5weeks later get a call from layers to say Nedbank forgot to add the garage in the contract. Thus had to wait another 3 weeks before I could sign. Never was I told about the charges of the lawyers until the day I went to sign the documents. R10 000 just for lawyer fees on a R600 000 bond. Kicked up a fuzz about this and got a call from the Nedbank Area Manager Brian Williams to say the fees will be reduced. So signed the new contract less R3000 on lawyers fee and less R5000 instigation fee from Nedbank. Next morning got a call to say it was human error and I must still pay R5000. This is after I have lost quite a bit on fees and growth on a stocks I had to sell to get bridging capital. Then I am told I will get another consultant as I am not happy with the one I had. Still waiting till today to find out from Brian who it is even after leaving a message for him. Yesterday requested the original consultant to transfer cash. No reply. Stuck!!!
