Non refund of third party claim

I was advised by ABSA IDIRECT that i can pay a third party for damages caused. A consultant advised me to send receipts, quotations and affidavit, in order for ABSA to reimburse. I have sent all those details and was advised that the they have received it and the lawyers were processing the claim. It has been 2 months and still have not received an updated.
