Two months ago I drove into a drain that was in the middle of the road. It was so deep that my vehicle broke on the arm of the Tyre, my right Tyre was lying it side, losing control I swerved to the left blowing out my left Tyre. ABsa Idirect rejected my claim, saying that I had a nut and bolt missing, making a mechanic fault. I am utterly disgusted. How am I suppossed to know that my car had a missing. Do they expect me to examine my car every morning to make sure. They say that the damage was caused wear and tear. They took two months to tell me this. Be careful all y that have motor insurance with Absa idirect.
