Faulty Chip Card or ATM network Don't anymore

When trying to withdraw at any standard bank ATM get the following error (we cannot process your request due to a technical problem. Please try again Later code:0156) had to withdraw inside the bank and got charged normal ATM fees but when asked Katlego from Enquiries was advised that its the ATM network and that the is nothing wrong with my Chip card and i should try again later when to a different shopping centre (chill lane in sunning-hill) the card does the same thing and its inconveniencing as i can't use my card any where I'm thinking of switching to FNB bank, further went to a different consultant Lesego who also advised that the is nothing they can do about it so now if the bank doesn't have a solution for this problem i think i should just go ahead and change banks, so when ever i need to make a withdrawal i need to physical go inside the bank
