Initial finance charges

I received my latest statement from MFC and it has initial finance charges of R33782.53 which has put me right back where i started 2 years ago. What are the finance charges for and why should I be liable for them? It is MFC that took a business decision to migrate to Nedbank we the customers had nothing to do with it. Does it mean that next time that they migrate I am going to incur these charges again? This is utter bull
just when you think your getting somewhere with your payments you get slapped in the face with like this!!!
