Outrages bank fees that give bad credit report

I opened a bank account with fnb in 2006, it was a student account which I did really enjoy having because off the low charges I paid for services, but in 2010 everything went wrong when I started adding debit orders on the account, because then there were a couple of fraudelent request to debit money from my accounts which didn't have any funds available, and I had to pay the penalties all the time. So I decided to go complaint and told them I don't want that account anymore and I'm going to another bank. Its very suprising to me to see on my credit report that I owe them R4107 in bank fees! I always thought if a account isn't active they would close or suspend it, but no not them, they rather keep on charging me for 3years of no use. Its clearly daylight, and I'm just warning consumers early.
