Very bad STANDARDBANK

WIthdrew cash at Standardbank ATM at Killarney mall. ATM froze in the transaction and I didn't get the money that was asked for but it was deducted of my account. It was a sizable amount and the reason for wanting to withdraw was to pay accounts and a airtickets, which by this time has escalated with the weak Rand. I have lost this chance to buy the tickets as well as my accounts which are in arrears now will penalize me. Standardbank takes up to 15 days to pay back because of their faulty ATM. To be honest that is ridiculous and the customer, me, have to sit with the penalties for not paying my other accounts and I lost out on a airticket which I wanted to buy. Their service in this has been absolutely useless as I have had to phone in to find out what is going on with this matter and all they can tell me is that the matter will be escalated. I have left countless messages to be phoned back and up to now I haven't received one.
