Dial Direct Insurance
Family of 5 incl 2 yr old baby, no home

We had insurance through dial direct, building, home content and business
thank you Chris Olivier for all your help, you have been a gentleman, however we are still homeless and have not been placed into the same position prior to the fire that burnt the house down
we had cover for rent should an occurrence take place and we are staying all 5 of us in 1 room, i am unable to work as the books that i teach with were not paid out in full after i had insurance for the full amount, i teach the bible (7 laws of Noah) and as i don't have material i am unable to earn a living, we are having to find place for our children to say at, so once a very close family, due to dial direct, we are now being forced to split up in order to survive- this was not why we took out insurance, we raised a dispute and its now 1 month later and the emailed request of mine has simply been ignored.
I continue to have the premiums deducted from my account, have no house, no business and no where to stay as we cant pay rent, we were paid for most of our home content, which did not enable us to replace all that was lost and we have no where to put the contents, please fulfil your obligations of the clai
