I'VE JUST CALLED IN TODAY TO INQUIRE ABOUT THE HOME LOAN APPLICATION FOR R1050000.00 THAT I MADE YESTERDAY AFTERNOON VIA EMAIL TO [Email Removed] WHAT I WAS ASKING MS THOMAZA (CLIENT AGENT) WAS: I MADE THE APPLICATION AS INDICATED ABOVE BUT HAVE SINCE RECEIVED ANOTHER OTP FOR R1M WHICH IS LESS THAN THE R1050000.00 THAT I ALREADY APPLIED FOR AND WOULD LIKE TO FIND OUT THE PROCESS OR PROCEDURE FOR CANCELLING OR STOPPING THE APPLICATION ALREADY SUBMITTED AND TO RESUBMIT THE NEW OTP.

I WANTED TO KNOW IF THERE WOULD BE IMPLICATIONS WITH REGARD TO MY APPLICATION ALREADY IN PROCESS BUT UNFORTUNATELY MS THOMAZA ASKED ME FEW QUESTIONS LIKE MY ID AND THE OFFER AMOUNT WHICH I TOLD HER AND SHE ASK ME TO HOLD THE LINE AND CUT OFF THE CALL.

THIS IS VERY UNBECOMING AND UNEXPECTED TREATMENT FROM MY BANK. CAN SOMEONE PLEASE CALL ME TO EXPLAIN THE PROCESS AND PROCEDURE.
