REQUEST NOT TO RENEW IGNORED TWICE!

ATTENTION!!!

I called Outsurance on 28/06/2013 to advise that this policy is not to be renewed when it reaches its due date of renewal which is the end of August 2013. I asked for a reference number and was told that Outsurance does not give reference numbers. I was told to quote my policy number. I spoke to Melindi.

Today I get a letter thanking me for renewing my policy!!

Last year when we called to advise that we did not want the policy renewed we were told it would not be renewed and Outsurance went ahead and renewed it and deducted the funds.

This is not acceptable. And I want an appropriate response.
