I was involved in an a mini accident on the freezing monting of Monday 24 June when a truck changed lanes without blind spotting, bumping into me. As a result of keeping my hazards and the radio on as i did not think the police would take a decade to ge to the spot, my car battery went flat. I phoned MiWay to arrange for Roadside assistance & to my shock & dissappointment, i was told my policy was not up to date due to me having missed my payments. Mind you that evey month, a deduction is made from my account towards my policy. Shocked at this i phoned from my cellphone, being tossed from one clueless and incompetent consultant to the next, one department to the next, TWO HOURS LATER i got someone who knew how to read the information on the system! Was then referred to the next department which needed to autorise the callout but again it was another runaround. Eventually after close to 3 hours on the scene, i eventually got assistance. I am TOTALLY DISSAPPOINTED AT MIWAY. I HAVE DISCOVERED THAT IN TIMES OF NEED, NEVER EXPECT THEM TO PROMPTY ASSIST. The service i recieved was down right PATHETIC &VERY DISSAPPOINTING! TO THIS DAY, I AM STILL WAITING FOR A PHONE CALL giving me a way fo
