Overdeduction On Debit Orde

You have deducted R607.95 more than the agreement on my monthly debit order. I have sent an enquiry immediately via the ABSA website at 07H20 (01/07/2013), but all I got was an automated reply - your reference 1FECA8FE. You are not authorized to make deductions as you wish and I expect a refund immediately. If you do not take overdeductions seriously - I most certainly do!
