As many are by now aware, Loan Tracer SA are exploiting the terms & condition laws by selling a product under dishonest pretence. There is no mention of cost on the loan form.

This could be the new trend for who will for eg.
Offer to sell you a case of beer for R2.00.
What the unsuspecting buyer does not know is that by buying this case beer they consent to legally giving their home to the seller while still being liable for the payments thereof.
It is low down dishonest and it is exactly what loantracersa are doing.
They dont mention cost at all. Why don't they have a check box saying: "I understand that I am buying a year subscription"?
Simple, it would be an ineffective!

The issue of terms & conditions has for long been a great concern for me.
Imagine you had to read every term &condition every time you made a transaction.
Let alone how long it would take to do your month end shopping, checking every product, every month in fear that some company decides to "legally" dispense financial havoc in your life.
