Outsurance
Outsurance is a bad bad place

I was in a accident on 2013/06/28 I reported it the same day and went to the assessor on the 2013/07/01, The assesor assessed the damaged and informed me that the damaged to my towbar was not covered as it was not specified.
According to me, when my car was inspected in 2007 everything was wriiten down (All the extra's) and now the insurance doesn't want to cover the damages to the towbar.
The feedback from them is also poor as I have to phone them and ask for feedback, and when asking to be helped in my Home Language (afrikaans), I get very bad attitude from the call centre agents.
