First National Bank
False promises

I've applied for a credit card with fnb bank, fourways and they approved me and promised I would receive my card within 3-4 working days. After 6 days I had'nt received any feedback from them so I went to the branch and found out that they had'nt even submitted my application. They again promised it would'nt take more than 4 days and its now been 13 days and I am still unsure how far along the process is, as I hav'nt received any communication from them.
