27/02/2013 a policy was activated without my concern and my bank account was twice debited. A query was raised with a lady by the name Tasha in mid May and on 07/06/2013 for a refund she is still awaiting for the tape which was supposed to take 15 working days as informed by AIG. No feedback has been forthcoming till now, i need my refund back, and will never be associated with this institution ever... pathetic service.
