Closing my account

I've had it with Nedbank I have a cheque acc but no facility for the acc I took a package but pay more a lot more for services! I wanted to reverse some payments on my acc had to deal with the most arrogant persone ever. And she had the audacity to speak out loud of my request! The she called her manager after a few minutes of flirting she told me well we can't help you! Whereas I did the samething at parow branch no problem? I mean I'm in the customer service business that missy at belhar I've never seen something like that! What happen at one branch should happen at all branches!

Just do my reversals and close my acc I wAnt nothing to do with NEDBANK ever!
