Increased balance and added fees???

I am so so angry at MFC. I received their new account statment via email. My banlance from 36 000 is now suddenly 44 000?? MFC added R8459.90 Initial finance charges to my loan amount and they charged me a R218.25. It means that i have been paying for nothing over 21 months. I want answers asap or else i refuse to pay any instalments. Seems like MFC is taking their customers for a ride. They are worse then loan.
