I opened up a new cheque account with FNB in May & on the 26 th June the was a debit order of R730 on my account & when i phoned the call centre i was put from one department to another. What irritates me the most is that i didnt give anyone permission to debit my account & didnt even make arrangements with FNB but they went and debited my account. I want my money to be reversed back into my account as this is messing up with my budget.
