Increased balance and settlement

Since MFC migrated to ned bank my vehicles balance and settlement has increased and when enquiring about it, it takes hours on the phone and all they say is that it is part of my contract and when asking them for proper answers they say someone wil contact you which never happens. This is totally unproffessional and unacceptible
