After contacting Milly last week Tuesday with my first claim... and being promised information within 3 to 4 working days, I was somewhat forgotten. Since then I have had nothing but issues.
I was very disappointed at how I was treated since my initial contact with Milly. After several conversations, in which I had to get in touch with her, First fo Women have finally agreed to pay-out for the damages.
However, the latest is that they are saying that the premium I was given by their sales person for the past year was low, due to a discount, which they believe now (over a year later) I should have not received. So basically accusing me of giving the initial consultant incorrect information. I have requested the recording and been waiting a week for this. I have the mailed necessary proof to state that I was in the right, but have received no response to this..only emails stating that my premiums will be going up. How is this my fault?
I would like some answers as well as the recordings that I was promised please.
